    Questions, answered

What Christmas lighting services do you offer?

We design, install, maintain and take down professional Christmas lighting for homes and businesses: rooflines, trees, shrubs, pathways, wreaths and garland, color-changing and permanent systems, light shows, commercial displays and more. Every service has its own page with the details.

Do I need to provide my own lights?

No. We provide high-quality, commercial-grade Christmas lighting as part of the installation service, so you only have to choose the look.

    How long does installation take?

Many home installations take a few hours to a day, depending on the size of the house and the complexity of the design. Large properties and shows are planned in phases.

What happens if a strand stops working during the season?

We look after the display through the holidays. Call or text with a photo of the dark section and we will schedule a visit to fix it, so it looks right from the first night to the last.

Do you take the lights down after the holidays?

Yes. We remove everything, coil it, label it and either store it for next year or haul it away. Book your takedown week when you book the install and your preferred date stays open.

How much does Christmas light installation cost?

Most installs are priced by the linear feet of lights, the height and pitch of the roof and the extras you choose, such as trees, wreaths and garland. Our Roofline Calculator and Display Builder give planning ranges, and photos or a design visit give you a firm written price.

    When should I book?

As early as you can. The best installation windows fill first, and early fall installs are comfortable and dry. Our Season Planner helps you pick a lights-on date and works backward to a booking date.

Can you light a business, an HOA or a church?

Yes. We design and install commercial displays for retail centers, offices, restaurants, churches, nonprofits and HOA entrances, schedule the work around your hours and provide itemized proposals.
